The effect of prescription review on the rational use of drugs in outpatient department of hospital

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of prescription review on the rational use of drugs in outpatient department of hospital.Methods:Ceftriaxone sodium for injection and levofloxacin hydrochlorideand sodium chloride injection as an example of outpatient prescription,set up a working group of prescription review and an expert group,we comment on the sample of computer extraction adhere to the principles of science,justice and practicality,then the unqualified situation was intervened,and the intervention effect was analyzed.Results:Through the prescription review and the intervention of unqualified prescriptions, outpatient prescriptions failed rate was significantly reduced.Conclusion:Prescription review can promote the standardization and rationalization of outpatient prescriptions and promote rational drug use.关键词
