摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of combined drug therapy in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:96 cases of AECOPD were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(terbutaline) and the experimental group(terbutaline combined with glucocorticoid hormone).Results:The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);After the treatment,both the PaCO2 and PaO2 in the experimental group were significantly improved,and significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),in addation,the adverse reaction was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Glucocorticoid combined with terbutaline in the treatment of AECOPD has significant therapeutic effect,and it also has relative high safety.关键词
