摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery on patients with gastric cancer.Methods:117 patients with gastric cancer were selected.38 cases with open surgery were selected as the control group.79 patients with laparoscopic surgery were selected as the study group.Results:Complications occurred in 4 cases(5.1%)in the study group and 8 cases in the control group(21.1% ),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery on patients with gastric cancer is significant,which can prevent complications and accelerate postoperative recovery.关键词
