摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss pemirolast potassium tablets and Tranilast tablets in the treatment of bronchial asthma effect and safety.Methods:50 patients with bronchial asthma were selected.They were divided into two groups,the control group was treated with Tranilast tablets treatment.The observation group were treated by treatment of Pemirolast potassium tablets.Results:The total efficiency of the observation group was 92.00%,the number of nocturnal wheeze was (2.14±0.11)times,which were higher than those in the control group[56.00% ,(5.37 ± 1.28)times].The occurrence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 8% , significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pemirolast potassium tablets not only has a significant effect of treatment of bronchial asthma,and high security.关键词
