Multi drug combination for the prevention of vomiting after general anesthesia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of combined use of various drugs for the prevention of vomiting after general anesthesia.Methods:A total of 86 patients with general anesthesia were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was used analgesia pump combined with ondansetron 8 mg for prevention and treatment. The observation group was treated with intravenous injection of dexamethasone 5 mg and metoclopramide 10 mg(with same analgesia pump).The incidence of vomiting after anesthesia in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The incidence of vomiting in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination use of drugs with different mechanisms of action should be used to treat patients who are likely to be vomiting after general anesthesia,which can greatly improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of vomiting.Dexamethasone combined with metoclopramide can prevent vomiting after general anesthesia,and the adverse reactions are less.关键词
