摘要
Abstract
Objective:To research clinical treatment method and effect of Hp positive patients with chronic gastritis.Methods:90 patients with Hp positive chronic gastritis were selected.They were divided into two groups, each of 45 cases.Two groups of patients were treated with omeprazole.Patients in the control group treated with clarithromycin treatment.The observation group were treated with amoxicillin treatment.Therapeutic effect between groups was compared.Results:The clinical observation group Hp positive chronic gastritis patients with total efficiency,clinical symptoms,adverse reaction rate and conversion rate of Hp was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of omeprazole and amoxicillin in the treatment of chronic gastritis with Hp positive patients can improve the conversion rate of Hp.关键词
