微创经皮钢板内固定技术联合PHILOS系统治疗肱骨近端骨质疏松骨折疗效观察
Clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate internal fixation combined with PHILOS system in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate internal fixation(MIPPO)combined with PHILOS system in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures.Methods:60 patients with osteoporotic fracture of proximal humerus were selected.They were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine incision implantation.The study group was treated with MIPPO technology combined with PHILOS system.The operation index and the recovery of joint function were observed.Results:The amount of bleeding,operation and fracture healing time in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MIPPO combined with PHILOS system in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding and fracture healing time,improve the treatment effect.关键词
