雷贝拉唑四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关消化性溃疡的临床疗效分析
Clinical curative effect analysis of rabeprazole four united therapy for helicobacter pylori associated peptic ulcer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of rabeprazole four united therapy for helicobacter pylori associated peptic ulcer. Methods:300 patients with helicobacter pylori associated peptic ulcer were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with conventional therapy.The observation group was treated by rabeprazole four united therapy on the basis of the control group.After 1 month of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and helicobacter pylori eradication rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment period.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of rabeprazole four united therapy for helicobacter pylori associated peptic ulcer is ideal,with a high rate of helicobacter pylori eradication,and no significant adverse reactions.关键词
