齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的临床应用
Clinical application of ziprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of ziprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:131 patients with schizophrenia were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group with 65 cases and the experimental group with 66 cases.Patients in the control group were given aripiprazole,and in the experimental group were treated with ziprasidone.Results:The total score of BPRS in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of mental disorder and anxiety were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of ziprasidone is remarkable.It can control the clinical manifestations of patients with schizophrenia effectively,alleviate the symptoms and reduce the incidence of drug adverse reactions.关键词
