Evaluation of clinical efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of upper urinary tract diseases

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of upper urinary tract diseases. Methods:71 patients with upper urinary tract diseases were selected.They were divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with the traditional operation method.The treatment group was treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery.We analyzed the therapeutic effect.Results:The operation time,blood transfusion amount,recovery time and hospital stay in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group was 5.6% lower than that of the control group of 11.4% ,the difference was significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with upper urinary tract disease who were treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation,the adverse reactions are less,and the overall effect is obvious.关键词
