Comparison of PFNA and InterTan system in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare and study the clinical effect of PFNA and InterTan system in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:50 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were selected.They were all randomly divided into the PFNA group and the InterTan group.The intraoperative X-ray times,blood loss,operative time,incision length, healing time and postoperative hip score between groups were compared.Results:The intraoperative perspective times,intraoperative blood loss, operation time,incision length of the InterTan group were superior to the PFNA group, and the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is no difference between the efficacy of PFNA and InterTan system in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture after operation,but InterTan system is easy to operate in the operation,with a small wound,so the PFNA method is more suitable for clinical.关键词
