硼替佐米治疗以肾功能不全为首发症状的多发性骨髓瘤的研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of bortezomib in the treatment of multiple myeloma patients with renal dysfunction as initial symptom.Methods:20 multiple myeloma patients with renal dysfunction as initial symptom for initial treatment were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The study group was treated with BDT scheme(bortezomib and dexamethasone and thalidomide).The control group was treated with CDT regimen(cyclophosphamide and dexamethasone and thalidomide).We observed the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results: The difference on CR,PR,SD,PD and OR between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The effect of bortezomib in the treatment of multiple myeloma patients with renal dysfunction as initial symptom is significant.It can obviously improve renal function,safe and reliable, as a targeted therapy drugs.关键词
