The effective treatment of different types of distal radius fractures
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effective treatment of different types of distal radius fractures.Methods:48 patients with distal radius fractures were selected.They were randomly divided into the three groups on average.The treatment group 1 was treated with manipulative reduction and plaster external fixation;the treatment group 2 was treated with external fixation;the treatment group 3 received T-shaped locking compression plate internal fixation operation.We compared the treatment effect of the 3 groups. Results:The total effective rate was 100% in the 3 groups,and the differences among the 3 groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The scores of the treatment group 1 and the treatment group 3 were significantly better than the treatment group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of manipulative reduction and plaster external fixation,T-shape locking compression plate internal fixation operation in the treatment of distal radius fractures is significant.关键词
