Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive total hip arthroplasty.Methods:Retrieved the literature data of related minimally invasive total hip arthroplasty.Compared the infection,dislocation,pain,joint function and other complications of total hip arthroplasty,and its recent therapeutic effects,in addition,compared its treatment effect with the traditional total hip arthroplasty.Results:The complications of minimally invasive total hip arthroplasty is identical with traditional hip replacement,but the occurrence of skin necrosis, periprosthetic fractures and prosthesis loosening in the minimally invasive hip replacement were higher than the traditional hip replacement,however,the occuring of dislocation and infection in the minimally invasive replacement surgery function was significantly less than the traditional hip replacement.Conclusion:Minimally invasive total hip replacement treatment has less amount of bleeding and blood transfusion relatively,and the hospital time and bed time is also significantly reduced,the recovery of hip function was better,and also has less pain.关键词
