Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation with mini plate in the treatment of traumatic fracture of the peripheral part of the palm and finger joint.Methods:63 cases of traumatic fracture of the peripheral part of the palm and finger joint patients were selected.They were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with mini plate. Results:After the treatment,the differences of the recovery time,good rate and satisfactory of the 4 types of fractures were not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Open reduction and internal fixation with mini plate in the treatment of traumatic fracture of the peripheral part of the palm and finger joint has a very good effect.The fracture healing time is short,and the curative effect is more safe and reliable.关键词
