摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of modified McBride procedure combined with osteotomy in repairing hallux valgus deformity.Methods:36 patients with hallux valgus deformity were repaired by modified McBride procedure combined with osteotomy,then the hallux valgus angle,intermetatarsal angle measurement and ankle AOFAS scores before and after surgery at the 1th and 6th months were compared.Results:All of those cases were followed up for 6~24 months.The appearance and function were satisfactory,without postoperative hematoma,wound infection and skin flap necrosis and other complications after the surgery.The excellent rate of surgery was 95% .The difference in various evaluation criteria were statistically significant between before and after the operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified McBride procedure combined with osteotomy has good effect on repairing hallux valgus.关键词
