鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉临床疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods:46 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were selected,According to the corresponding condition of the patient and the stage to select the appropriate anesthesia method,they were given nasal endoscopic surgery.Results:The operations were completed successfully in 46 patients.After 6 months follow-up,38 cases(82.61%)were cured;5 cases improved (10.87%)and ineffective treatment in 3 cases(6.52% ).Among the patients with nasal bleeding in 2 cases,1 case of patients with periorbital bruising,and they were all healed after treatment.After treatment,the SF-36 score,the 5 items of SNOT-20 score and the total score were higher than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps has good effect,which can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients.关键词
