两种改良包皮环切术临床疗效对比

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of improved disposable circumcision device circumcision and traditional circumcision.Methods:280 patients of circumcision were selected.They were divided into the improved disposable circumcision device circumcision group with 150 cases and the traditional circumcision group with 130 cases.Results:The differences of operation time,cost of treatment,incision healing time,and postoperative edema between groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). The differences of blood loss,postoperative incision dehiscence,incision infection rate,incision bleeding and postoperative satisfaction between groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion:According to the patients' different conditions, choose the appropriate method to achieve the best results.关键词
