脊柱结核外科治疗的探讨
The clinical evaluation of surgical treatment for spinal tuberculosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the surgical treatment of spinal tuberculosis and its clinical effect.Methods:38 patients with spinal tuberculosis were selected,and they were given surgical treatment.According to different conditions to choose the right type of surgery,patients with anterior approach in the surgical treatment of 17 cases,combined anterior and posterior approach surgery in 21 cases.We observed correlation index.Results:Through observation and statistics,the operation time,blood loss and length of stay of the combined anterior and posterior approach group were significantly higher than that of the anterior group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 patients with wound infection in the anterior group,in the combined anterior and posterior approach group,patients with wound swelling,a small amount of pus in 3 cases,after the treatment they were recovered. Conclusion:Surgical treatment of spinal tuberculosis is numerous.According to the location of the lesion,the choice of appropriate surgical methods is very important.关键词
