摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the efficacy of PCEA and PCIA on analgesia after surgery.Methods:88 patients after surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was taken PCIA as the main program to start anesthesia analgesic activities.In the experimental group,PCEA was selected as the main program to start anesthesia analgesic activities.The analgesic effect of the two groups was observed.Results:The visual simulation score,exhaust time, complications and other indicators showed a significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:For postoperative patients, the PCEA can help to enhance the patient's analgesic effect and control the complications.关键词
