小剂量丙戊酸联合拉莫三嗪对老年癫痫患者的治疗效果及安全性分析
Analysis of low dose valproic acid combined with lamotrigine on elderly patients with epilepsy treatment efficacy and safety

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of small dose of valproic acid combined with lamotrigine in elderly patients with epilepsy,and to analyze its security.Methods:84 patients with senile epilepsy were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 42 cases.The control group was treated with valproate treatment.The observation group were given lamotrigine combined with small dose valproic acid.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24% ,higher than 78.57% of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 11.90%,lower than 40.48% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of small doses of valproic acid combined with lamotrigine in the treatment of epilepsy in the elderly can obtain satisfactory clinical curative effect.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms.关键词
