Application of sevoflurane combined with sacral anesthesia in pediatric anesthesia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of sevoflurane combined with sacral anesthesia in pediatric anesthesia. Methods:86 patients treated with abdominal surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Patients in the control group were given with sevoflurane anesthesia,while in the observation group with sevoflurane combined with sacral anesthesia.Results:In the observation group,the levels of MAP and HR in each time points during the surgery,the postoperative recovery time and the occurrence of postoperative agitation were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sevoflurane combined with sacral anesthesia scheme has reliable effect on pediatric with the treatment of abdominal surgery.关键词
