Study on the application of the montelukast sodium in the treatment of pediatric asthma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigat the application value of the montelukast sodium in the treatment of pediatric asthma.Methods:52 cases of children with asthma were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.The control group was given routine clinical treatment.The observation group was given routine treatment combined with montelukast sodium for treatment.The treatment effect of the two groups were observed and the average number of asthma attacks at 2 months and 1 month after treatment were observed.Results:The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.After 1 month and 2 months of treatment,the average number of asthma attacks of children in the observation group were less than that in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of montelukast sodium in the treatment of the patients with pediatric asthma is significant,and it can effectively reduce the number of asthma attacks.关键词
