Clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods:112 patients with endometriosis were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The observation group was treated by laparoscopic surgery.The control group was treated with open surgery.We compared the two groups of patients with perioperative related indicators.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was much higher than that of the observation group;the operation time,hospital stay,blood loss,postoperative anal exhaust time,postoperative analgesic use rate and complication rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis has a good clinical effect.It can improve the safety of surgical treatment and reduce the time of operation.关键词
