超声定位体外冲击波碎石治疗泌尿系结石195例临床分析
Clinical analysis of 195 cases of urinary calculi treated by ultrasonic positioning extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasonic positioning extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of urinary calculi.Methods:195 patients with urinary calculi were selected.They were treated with ultrasound and ESWL. Results:The stone crushing rate was 97%;expulsion rate was 92.8%;1 time net stone in 66 cases,and more than 2 times the net emission in 115 cases;6 cases were ineffective gravel;varying degrees of hematuria in all patients after operation, disappear in 1d;6 cases of severe renal colic,107 cases of skin petechiae.Conclusion:Ultrasound localization of ESWL in the treatment of urinary calculi has advantages of no radiation,easy operation,low cost,safety and efficacy of reliable and effective.关键词
