Diagnosis and treatment and clinical observation of emergency coma patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of emergency patients with emergency treatment and clinical treatment.Methods:50 patients with emergency coma were selected.The diagnostic methods of the patients and the clinical situation and the effect of the treatment were summarized.Results:50 cases of patients with coma,coma factors were cerebrovascular disease,intracranial infection,gas poisoning,poisoning,hypoglycemia,ketoacidosis etc.After 50 cases of patients were symptomatic and timely rescue and intervention,there were 47 cases of patients with successful rescue.Conclusion:Acute coma patients should be given timely comprehensive and rapid examination,diagnosed immediately on the intervention and treatment of symptomatic patients,to help patients recover in time and reduce the incidence of death in patients with coma.关键词
