湿性愈合敷料治疗腹部切口愈合不良的应用意义
Analysis of the significance of application of wet healing dressing in the treatment of the abdominal incision poor wound healing
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To research the significance of application of wet healing dressing in the treatment of the abdominal incision poor wound healing.Methods:178 patients with poor wound healing after operation were selected.Patients in the control group were treated with medical gauze,and the observation group was treated with bacterial cellulose wound dressing.After 6 d,the rate of grade a healing rate was compared, and the rate of adverse reaction was observed.Results:Compared with the control group,the level of wound healing was significantly higher in the observation group after 6 d(P<0.01).Conclusion:The bacterial cellulose wound dressing can be used to treat the patients with poor wound healing.The clinical effect is good,and the healing time is short.关键词
