Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of modified Chevron + Akin osteotomy combined with cross 3.0Hebert nail in the treatment of mild and moderate hallux valgus.Methods:26 cases of patients with mild and moderate hallux valgus were treated with modified Chevron+Akin osteotomy combined with cross 3.0Hebert nail,and the clinical effect was observed.Results:18 cases had excellent clinical effect,6 cases had good clinical effect and the excellent and good rate was 84.6% .No skin necrosis,wound infection and other complications in all the patients occurred during the follow-up period.Conclusion:Modified Chevron+Akin osteotomy combined with cross 3.0Hebert nail in the treatment of mild and moderate hallux valgus had significant short-term effect.关键词
