Systematic review on the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:40 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were selected.They were divided into two groups. The control group of 20 cases were treated by western medicine.The observation group of 20 patients on the basis of Western medicine treatment,with the traditional Chinese and medicine.Before and after treatment,24 h urinary albumin excretion(UAE), urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER),serum creatinine(SCr)and urea nitrogen(BUN)were observed.Results:The levels of UAE, UAER,SCr and BUN in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.关键词
