中药泡洗温度对糖尿病周围神经病变的影响
Bubble bath temperature impact on diabetic peripheral neuropathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of water temperature on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected.They were divided into three groups according to the chinese medicine bath temperature,Chinese medicine group,then we measured the current sense threshold under 250 Hz before and after treatment, using sensory nerve measuring instrument.Results:The CPT of patients improved most obviously when the water temperature maintained at 40~45℃ .Conclusion:40~45℃ is the best bubble wash temperature.It can improve the diabetic peripheral neuropathy better.关键词
