摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing intervention in children with vaccination.Methods:120 children undertaking preventive inoculation were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group.The experimental group were given systematic nursing intervention,and the control group were given routine nursing intervention.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was significantly higher than in the experimental group;the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:System nursing intervention in children with vaccination can improve the children's compliance and nursing satisfaction effectively,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after vaccination.关键词
