摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the application effect of structured skin care regimen to reduce the patients with incontinence dermatitis prevalence.Methods:90 patients with fecal incontinence were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of the 45 cases.The control group received routine nursing care.The observation group were given the implementation of structured skin care.We compared the severity of the patients with incontinence dermatitis and evaluated the condition of the anal skin condition of the patients.Results:The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Structured skin care can reduce the frequency of skin exposure,reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers,and reduce the burden of clinical nursing.关键词
