电子喉镜在耳鼻咽喉科疾病诊治中的应用护理观察
Nursing observation on the application of electronic medical mirror in the diagnosis and treatment of ear,nose and throat diseases
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical application and nursing effect of electronic mirror in the diagnosis and treatment of ear,nose and throat diseases.Methods:239 patients with ear,nose and throat diseases were selected.Electronic suspension and computer graphic analysis equipment were used,and tissue biopsy was performed on all patients.According to the results of biopsy and clinical symptoms of patients,we developed appropriate treatment measures,and gave the corresponding clinical nursing. Results:Electronic laryngoscopy found 64 cases of patients with chronic laryngitis,there were 40 cases of vocal cord polyps,52 cases of vocal nodules,41 cases of pharyngeal foreign body,20 cases of adenoid hypertrophy,11 cases of vocal cord paralysis,and the correct rate of electronic examination was 95.4% .Conclusion:For the patients with ear nose and throat diseases,electronic suspension can reduce the damage to the human body to a certain extent,improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
