机器人胃癌根治术难点与技术要领
Difficulties and technical methods for the robotic radical gastrectomy

摘要
Abstract
In recent years,more and more robotic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer has been carried out in China. Although the robotic surgery system with three-dimensional vision,the manipulator is flexible and other advantages, the robotic gastrectomy has its own difficulties and technical essentials,which is different from the traditional laparoscopic surgery for gastric cancer,for example, the site of trocas, dissection of lymph node, and reconstruction of digestive tract. It is suggested that resolving methods should include the"W"type troca site, using No.3 arm to expose and anastomosis with machine and hand sewing methods.关键词
