The curative effect of concurrent radiochemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer and its influence on the life qualities of patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of concurrent radiochemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer and its influence on the life qualities of patients. Methods The patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLS) who were in our hospital from January 2011 to February 2014 were divided into group A (55 cases) and group B(54 cases), group A received concurrent radiochemotherapy and group B received sequential radiochemotherapy. The curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were summarized, the life qualities before and after treatment were compared,and the data were analyzed by chi-square test. Results In group A, the curative effect rate,2-year survival rate, and total incidence of bone marrow suppression were all obviously higher than those of group B (P<0.05), the life qualities after treatment were obviously improved than those before (P<0.05), and the constituent ratio of patients with good life qualities rose to 58.18%from 32.73%before treatment. Conclusion Concurrent radiochemotherapy is effective in the treatment of locally advanced NSCLS, which adverse reactions can be tolerated while improving the life qualities of patients. It is worthy of recommendation.关键词
