Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of non-organic ventricular premature contractions of different loads to heart rate variability of patients and its clinical guiding significance. Methods 115 cases of patients with non-organic heart disease ventricular premature contraction were selected and divided into three groups according to different loads, that were group A low load ( < 10%), group B medium load (10%-20%), group C high load ( >20%). SDNN, SDANN, Rmmsd, PNN50%and other indicators of the three groups were compared, and the correlations were analyzed. Results Time domain index SDANN of patients with high load ventricular premature contraction was significantly lower than that of patents with low load and medium load. Comparison of HRV time domain indexes between 3 groups showed that SDNN,, rMMSD, PNN50% had no significant difference (P > 0.05), while SDANN difference was significant (P < 0.05). At the same time, there was a negative correlation between the SDANN and the ventricular premature contraction (r=-0.361, P=0.000). Conclusion The SDANN value decreases significantly with the increase of non-organic ventricular premature contraction load, which is mainly related to the impairment of autonomic nervous system. Sympathetic enhancement is more obvious in patients with high load ventricular premature contraction, and the risk of malignant arrhythmia will increase if not treated in time.关键词
