Abstract
Objective To investigate the WenDan AnShen decoction clinical curative effect for the treatment of senile depression after stroke. Methods Selected our hospital for treatment of elderly patients with poststroke depression in Mar 2014 to Mar 2015,a total of 80 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group.All patients were given conventional treatment of stroke,and for patients with nerve function rehabilitation training and psychological treatment.Give control group fluoxetine treatment.In the control group, on the basis of given observer group WenDan AnShen decoction.Observe the clinical effect. Results Observation group total effective rate was 85.0%,the adverse reaction rate was 20.0%, better than the control group,compare the differences between groups with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of fluoxetine, adopting WenDan AnShen decoction can improve the clinical effect and improve the patient's depressive state, protect the patient's quality of life,was worth promoting.关键词
