Abstract
Objective To compare and analyze the efficacy of the different sources of the same type of domestic and imported quetiapine combined with sodium valproate sustained-release tablets in treatment of mania. Methods 106 cases of patients identified as mania in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were divided into domestic treatment group and imported treatment group. Patients in domestic treatment group were treated with domestic pharmaceutical, and patients in imported treatment group were treated with imported quetiapine combined with sodium valproate. Patients in the two groups were adverse reactions strict investigation body before treatment. After one month treatment, the appraisal results of Beck-Rafaelsen (BRMS), aggression scale (MOAS) and adverse reactions scale (TESS) of the two groups before and after the treatment were compared and analyzed. And satisfaction survey of different sources of quetiapine combined with sodium valproate in patients before and after treatment for manic was carried on. Results Through the scale BRMS behavior analysis and MOAS score analysis of patients in the two groups before and after the treatment for manic, the results confirmed that effect of imported treatment group was significantly higher than that of domestic treatment group. The adverse reactions scale (TESS) of imported treatment group was significantly higher than that of domestic treatment group. However, all patients in the two groups receiving quetiapine and valproate were associated with adverse reactions during treatment. In the comparative analysis of the effect of the two groups, under the same type of different source conditions, the effect for manic patients of domestic treatment group was significantly lower than that of imported treatment group (P<0.05). Adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment period. The number of adverse reactions in domestic treatment group was significantly lower than that in domestic treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of quetiapine combined with sodium valproate sustained-release tablets in treatment of mania is significant. It can effectively reduce the symptoms of mania patients and optimize their manic behavior. Comparative analysis of therapeutic effects in two groups of patients shows that the effect for manic patients of domestic treatment group was significantly lower than that of imported treatment group under the same type of different source conditions. Therefore, the future of our country of mania in drug development still needs careful study. At the same time, the decrease of adverse drug reaction needs deeply study. Then tt can effectively reduce the occurrence of mania.关键词
