Abstract
Objective To treat acute myocardial infarction with percutaneous coronary intervention combined with tirofiban intracoronary treatment, and to observe its clinical effect. Methods 114 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction cured in our hospital from August 2014 to March 2016 were selected and divided into study group and control group with 57 cases in each according to the wishes of the individual patient as well as the time of admission. Patients in control group were treated with percutaneous coronary intervention, and patients in study group were treated with percutaneous coronary intervention combined with tirofiban intracoronary injection therapy. Clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative TIMI flow grade, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and bleeding, cardiovascular events of study group were significantly better than those of control group.Namely, the data comparison, there are differences between the groups to meet the requirements of statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Percutaneous coronary intervention combined with tirofiban intracoronary injection therapy in treatment of acute myocardial infarction can not only improve the patient's coronary flow and myocardial perfusion, but also conducive to the healthy development of the prognosis of patients. It has great significance to ensure the quality of life of patients, and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
