贝那普利联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的临床研究
Clinical study of benazapril combined with amlodipine in treatment of essential hypertension

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of benazapril combined with amlodipine in treatment of essential hypertension. Methods 160 cases of patients with essential hypertension with complete data cured in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2015 were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 80 cases in each. All the patients in the two groups were treated with the non-drug treatment, patients in control group were treated with benazapril, and patients in observation group were treated with benazapril combined with amlodipine. After treatment 2 months, the therapeutic effect and SBP, DBP changes before and after treatment between the two groups were compared. The changes of 24h ABPVs and 24h ABPVd after 4 weeks and 8 weeks treatment were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95%, and the total effective of control group was 75%, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After 2 months of treatment, SBP and DBP levels of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, the SBP and DBP of observation group after treatment was (120.28±20.22) mm Hg, (83.20 ± 11.23)mm Hg, respectively. The SBP and DBP of observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of control group after treatment (P<0.05). The 24 ABPVs, 24 h ABPVd of observation group after 8 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those of control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of benazapril and amlodipine in the treatment of primary hypertension is significantly improved, and the antihypertensive effect is significant. It can effectively reduce the blood pressure variability of patients with essential hypertension, and effectively assist in reducing blood pressure and maintaining stable blood pressure. It is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
