Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of Lacidipine combined with Benazepril to blood pressure and blood lipid levels of diabetic patients with hypertension. Methods 76 cases of diabetic patients with hypertension cured in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were selected and randomly divided into therapy group and control group with 38 cases in each. Patients in therapy group were treated with Lacidipine combined with Benazepril, and patients in control group were treated with Lacidipine, continuous treatment for 4 weeks. Treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results After the treatment, even measured,24h average systolic and diastolic of therapy group were significantly lower than those of control group, and the results of the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05).After the treatment, fasting blood glucose, Fib, HbAC ratio of therapy group were significantly lower than those of control group, HDL-C of therapy group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the results of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion Lacidipine combined with Benazepril in treatment of diabetic patients with hypertension can significantly reduce the patient’s blood pressure,maintain the normal level of blood glucose in patients,and slightly elevate HDL-C of patients.It has anti oxidation and anti-atherosclerosis effect. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
