Abstract
Objective To compare curative effect of ganciclovir ophthalmic gel and aciclovir eye Drops in treatment of herpes simplex keratitis, in order to explore the best treatment measures. Methods 126 cases of herpes simplex keratitis patients treated in our department were selected as research objects, and divided into 2 groups, just as observation group and control group, 63 cases in each group. Patients in observation group were adopted ganciclovir ophthalmic gel, and patients in control group were adopted aciclovir eye drops. After treatment, different level patients' treatment time, efficacy evaluation and safety, follow up 1 year recrudescence were observed. Results In this research, all patients completed treatment, compared with observation group patients' efficacy 95.24%, control group patients' efficacy obviously decreased, and the differences had statistical significances (P < 0.05). Compared with control group, different level patients' treatment time, shallow layer, deep layer and mixed type patients' treatment time of observation group were all obviously cut down, adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate were all obviously decreased, and the differences had statistical significances (P < 0.05). Conclusion Treated with herpes simplex keratitis by ganciclovir can shorten different level patients' curative time, get better curative effect with higher safety and lower recurrence rate.关键词
