朴硝治疗儿童冻疮的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of mirabilite in treatment of children with chilblain. Methods 50 cases of children with chilblain cured in our hospital from May 2013 to February 2016 were selected as the study objects. According to the digital method, they were divided into observation group and control group with 25 cases in each. Children in observation group were treated with mirabilite, and children in control group were treated with heparin chilblain cream. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and observed. Results There was no significant difference in the quality of life of the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After the intervention, the levels of the two groups were increased, and the level of observation group was higher than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Both the scores of observation group and control group after the implementation of treatment were restored, but the score of observation group was significantly better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The excellent effect of observation group and good rate respectively after treatment were 72.00% (18/25 mpg), 96% (24/25), which were significantly higher than those of control group with 44.00% (11/25), 76.00% (19/25), the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For children with chilblain, the effect of mirabilite is more effective. And it can effectively improve the quality of life, and ease the psychological pressure of the patient.关键词
