Abstract
Objective To explore the expression and significance of Survivin in uterine leiomyoma. Methods ELISA method was used to detect the 40 cases of patients underwent hysterectomy due to uterine fibroids in our hospital from June 2015 to October 2015. Survivin protein content in uterine leiomyoma tissue and its peripheral muscle tissue were Monitored and compared. Results The content of Survivin in the uterine leiomyoma tissues was (310.78 + 25.93) ng/L, the content of Survivin in muscle tissue was (186.09 ± 23.31) ng/L, and the difference was statistically significant (t=13.356, P<0.01). The content of Survivin in the tissue of solitary uterine leiomyoma was (312.54±28.78) ng/L, the content of Survivin in multiple uterine fibroids (309.60 ± 24.42) ng/L, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (t=1.0213, P>0.05). Conclusion Apoptosis regulatory factor Survivin is closely related to the occurrence and development of uterine leiomyoma.关键词
