Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between gestational diabetes mellitus glycosylated hemoglobin level and obstetric complication. Methods Clinical data of 100 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus were analyzed, which were cured in our hospital from January 1,2014 to December 31,2015.According to the change of glycosylated hemoglobin level, they were divided into > 6.5% glycosylated hemoglobin group with 50 cases and ≤ 6.5%glycosylated hemoglobin group with 50 cases. 50 cases of normal pregnant women were selected as control group. Results FPG,1hPG,HbA1c,HOMA-IR levels of ≤6.5% glycosylated hemoglobin group were all higher than those of control group,FPG,1hPG, HbA1c,HOMA-IR levels of>6.5% glycosylated hemoglobin group were all higher than those of ≤ 6.5% glycosylated hemoglobin group. Premature birth, excessive amniotic fluid, fetal distress, premature rupture of membranes, preeclampsia, fetal distress incidence rates of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were all higher than those of control group.Premature birth, excessive amniotic fluid, fetal distress, premature rupture of membranes, preeclampsia, fetal distress incidence rates of>6.5%glycosylated hemoglobin group were all higher than those of control group,(P<0.05).All the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Gestational diabetes mellitus glycosylated hemoglobin level > 6.5% may increase the risk of obstetric complications. It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of glycosylated hemoglobin.关键词
