Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of hysteroscopy in treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods 102 cases of patients with chronic cervicitis cured in our hospital from Aril 2014 to November 2015 were selected as the study objects. According to the random digital table method, the 102 cases of patients were divided into laser group and hysteroscopy group. Patients in laser group were treated with laser method, and patients in hysteroscopy group were treated with hysteroscopy and electric cutting. The following were compared: (1) the cure rate of chronic cervicitis, the total effective rate of treatment. (2) Recurrence rate and incidence of wound infection. (3) Differences of inflammatory factors hs-CRP, SOD, IL-6 and TNF-αin patients before and after intervention. (4) Differences of operative time and blood loss between the two groups. Results (1) The cure rate of chronic cervicitis of hysteroscopy group was higher than that of laser group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the two groups was close (P>0.05). (2) Recurrence rate and incidence of wound infection of hysteroscopy group were lower than those of laser group(P<0.05). (3) Inflammatory factors hs-CRP, SOD, IL-6 and TNF-αof the two groups before intervention were close(P > 0.05).Compared with laser group, inflammatory factors hs-CRP, SOD, IL-6 and TNF-αof hysteroscopy group after intervention were significantly improved(P < 0.05). (4) Compared with laser group, operation time of hysteroscopy group was shorter, and bleeding in surgery was less(P<0.05). Conclusion Hysteroscopy in treatment of chronic cervicitis has clinical curative effect. It can effectively reduce the level of inflammation of the body, improve the cure rate, and reduce recurrence rate. The wound is small, and the operation is simple. It can shorten the operation time, and reduce bleeding during operation and postoperative wound infection. It is worth promoting.关键词
