Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of body mass index management and blood glucose control to perinatal outcome of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 120 cases of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus cured in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each. Pregnant women in observation group were treated with systematized body mass index management and blood glucose control, and pregnant women in control group were treated with conventional diet for pregnant women. Fasting blood glucose levels, body weight gain, and maternal and neonatal complications of pregnant women in the two groups before and after the intervention were observed and compared. Results Fasting blood glucose levels of pregnant women in the two groups after the intervention were all decreased, and the fasting blood glucose levels of observation group were reduced more significantly (P<0.05). Compared with control group, the weight gains of pregnant women in observation group were decreased significantly in mid and late trimester of pregnancy. Incidence rates of ketoacidosis, polyhydramnios, preterm delivery, fetal distress, neonatal hypoglycemia complication were significantly reduced (P<0.05). Conclusion The method of body mass index management and blood glucose control to perinatal outcome of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus can better control blood sugar, reduce maternal and neonatal complications, and improve maternal and child outcomes.关键词
