剖宫产产妇护理中健康教育的应用及效果分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the application and effect of health education in nursing of cesarean section. Methods 130 cases of cesarean section cured in our hospital from April 2013 to May 2015 were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into control group and the observation group with 65 cases in each. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing care, and patients in observation group were treated with stage of health education and nursing on the basis control group. The nursing effects of the women in the two groups were compared. Results Compared with control group, the anxiety score of observation group care before the nursing showed no significant difference(P > 0.05). Compared with control group, bed activity time, discharge time and duration of breastfeeding of observation group after nursing had more advantages, and anxiety score was lower than that of control group(P < 0.05). The difference was statistically significant. The satisfaction rate of observation group was 93.85%, which had more advantages than that of control group(P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Cesarean section parturient in the care of the implementation of health education effect is remarkable. It can effectively alleviate the anxiety of maternal, reduce maternal bed activity time, discharge time and duration of breastfeeding, and improve maternal satisfaction rate of nursing care.关键词
