居家养老模式下社区护理服务的开展分析及效果研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the development and effect of community nursing service under the mode of home care for the elderly. Methods 100 cases of elderly patients who within home care in the community rehabilitation medical center at the stage from July 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each. Patients in control group were treated with routine community nursing service, and patients in observation group were treated with the comprehensive community nursing service. The health behavior score,life quality score, anxiety score, sleep quality index of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with before intervention, the health behavior scores of two groups after the intervention were significantly improved (P<0.05), but the health behavior score of the observation group after the intervention was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). The anxiety score and sleep quality index of two groups after the intervention were significantly lower (P<0.05), but the anxiety score and sleep quality index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the life quality score of the observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Under the old-age home model, the implementation of comprehensive community nursing service for community elderly patients can effectively improve the patient's health behavior, and can effectively improve the patients’quality of life, sleep quality and mental state.关键词
