Abstract
Objective To probe the Affect of the nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes self blood glucose monitoring compliance. Methods 140 cases of fracture admitted into our hospital from July 2014-July 2015 were selected to be divided into two groups via lottery,with 70 cases in each.The control group were treated basic nursing measures,and the intervention group strengthens received the nursing intervention in the conventional nursing foundation.The blood sugar monitoring significance awareness,blood sugar monitoring target success rate,rate of blood sugar monitoring and recording,glucose meter correct utilization rate of intervention group had been significantly increased,and the intervention group were higher than the control group,with statistical significance difference (P < 0.05);Fasting and postprandial blood glucose 2h of intervention group patients were significantly lower than before the treatment,and significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Patient compliance rate of intervention group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes,which can effectively improve patients self blood glucose monitoring compliance,and improve the therapeutic effect of diabetic patients.关键词
